Kevin is a great realtor to work with, he will help you out with whatever you needed, he’s very knowledgeable and communication was on point, kept me updated with all the information from day one, answering all my phone call. He will help you negotiate until you're happy with the number. Kevin even show up at closing to make sure everything was right and address the title company what was missing on the contract before I sign and stay there till the end.
